There is a simple reading edition and also a meditation edition which has personal journaling pages included to do away with the need to keep up with a separate journal. Private virtual lessons for both groups and individuals are also available. Check out the descriptions of the offered classes for more specifics.

Richard is the creator of the curriculum for the SwordXP: Vitae Vi Virtus which was based on his extensive experience of over 40 years in various hand-to-hand and sword arts. Coupled with 10 years of Law Enforcement Special Weapons and Tactics, he brings one of a kind perspective to training and created a curriculum that is not only fun and engaging but also challenging to participants.
He is also the author of The Way and The Power of The Force which is an adaptation of Lao Tzu’s The Tao De Ching.
