Currently, we have produced over 60 videos to help improve your fitness, flexibility, swordsmanship and general well being.

Our first Tang level videos are a series of 12 segments that will help with the basics of Sword work and fitness. Once you feel comfortable you can submit the answer to three Challenges through wetransfer, that Adrian Paul will personally assess. All the of challenges have been taken from
your first 12 videos, so if you need to review the movements you can refer back to the material.

There are two free assessments for each challenge you submit. Once you have passed the three challenges you can move on to the Tsuka Level.
The amount of time it takes you to pass a level will be based on how much you train and/or how quickly you grasp the material. Once you have passed a level you will move on to the next. Although the critiques will be strict, they will be fair to allow you to get the most out of your training before moving on to the next level. Of course, you can choose to train with the videos and not send in a challenge to be assessed, but then you won’t know how good you have gotten.

However, Adrian Paul will only assess videos in the order they have been structured.
