Session 1
The first in a series of videos where Adrian Paul takes you through sword exercises and techniques. Learn to improve sword handling, while getting yourself ready for the upcoming training sessions. You’ll get to explore the difference between pronated and supinated grip, along with basic handling and basic footwork.

Session 2
Moving on to this session you join Adrian, as he continues to teach sword basics and fitness. We start where session one left off, more fitness, learning, and brushing up on basic technique, while being introduced to two Sword Experience (SXP) defense positions.

Session 3
After stretches and warm up exercises that include, hamstrings, back, shoulders, and hand exercises, you’ll work on flexibility and mobility. Then there’s a little on swing control and hip movement, then, “ The walls of your house” and the first motions of the Sword Experience (SXP) targeting system.

Session 4 – “Off again! On again! In again! Out again!” Dr Suess
Repetition is the key to success. In this fourth session of the SXP online training, Adrian Paul recaps the past three sessions of exercises and sword swing techniques, then introduces you to the Sword Experience (SXP)#9 defense and attack position.
